Each act is limited to 3 minutes on a CD or Cassette.  Vocalist's CD or tape must not contain vocals.  A piano is NOT available.  NOTE: Every person in any act, group or solo, MUST fill out an application.  If this application is being filled out for a group participant with a group that has already paid the entry fee, please enter the paid application number for verification. If it is found that your group entry has not been paid, you will be contacted to make payment prior to your entry being accepted.
An act card will be filled out for your introduction.

There is a $10.00 Late Entry Fee that will be automatically assessed for applications submitted less than 15 days before scheduled event.
