To start with: A panel of judges that are the pros in the entertainment business, we call them the "Star Makers". Couple them with the terrific talent found through out the country, mix them together at TA competitions and voilà! Success!

50% of TA's Finalists are approached by Talent and Model management!
Each year over 40 of the top managers and agents come to Talent America to view the newest performers. They go home with a score of talent to put to work.

In fact at least 50% of those performers go home with one or more "star makers" in their pockets.
